Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a neurobiological approach for resolving trauma symptoms and improving nervous system health. We now understand that trauma is more than just a psychological event. It can leave lasting imprints on the physical and unconscious aspects of a person. SE supports your natural ability to heal and find regulation by building capacity for mindful body awareness and sensation as it arises. By exploring emotion, movement, and gentle touch, SE offers a pathway to restore an inner sense of safety, complete interrupted survival responses, and release stored trauma. Through this embodied approach, clients can find greater resilience and health, improve emotional and nervous system regulation, and increase the capacity for joy and connection
Family Constellations
We are all inextricably linked to those who came before us and Family Constellations is a transformational approach to working with the impact and transmission of intergenerational love, trauma, and resilience. Based around the deep love and loyalties we are bound to within families, this process can support you to uncover and heal wounds and entanglements with members of your family system and lineage. The work can help to identify patterns or reveal the origin of challenges and hidden dynamics at work in your life. Once seen from a new perspective, you may gain access to more energy, peace, clarity, and strength. Making shifts towards inner reconciliation - untangling dynamics to improve relationships and restoring order and wholeness
Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence based tool to understanding and healing your inner world. IFS views individuals as being a system composed of many parts, each with its own thoughts, emotions, and perspectives, and a Core Self that can relate to parts with calmness and compassion. Through conversation, we often find that parts have a positive intent and valuable role in trying to protect you. An IFS session aims to cultivate a relationship with these parts by creating an opportunity for dialogue. By acknowledging and validating the experiences of each part, clients can uncover the underlying emotions, beliefs, and memories associated with them. This can help to heal old wounds, resolve inner conflicts, and promote integration towards a wiser, more compassionate Self
Attachment style repatterning
Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience (DARe) offers an embodied and integrative approach to healing attachment and relational wounds. Combining principles from attachment theory and somatic experiencing, the foundation of DARe is that we are all relational beings, biologically wired to connect and wired to heal. So no matter what happened in your relational history or how your attachment adaptions might be creating feelings of discomfort, anxiety, avoidance, or overwhelm, secure attachment is always biologically waiting to be found. It is possible for you to restore secure attachment and improve your experience of being in relationship. The DARe process can help strengthen your ability to form deep, lasting, and healthy connections with others, where you are seen for who you authentically are
Coaching
Coaching can be a transformative way to help clients connect with their authentic selves, uncover passions, and overcome internal obstacles. I work with clients in a way that emphasizes self-discovery, intuition, and alignment with personal values. Through deep listening, powerful questioning, and experiential exercises, clients gain insight into their strengths, purpose, and desired outcomes. The coaching process creates a non-judgmental supportive space, to experience practical tools and strategies toward the achievement of goals. This holistic approach can address many life areas, fostering balance, fulfilment, and personal growth

Core Transformation uses a process of enquiry to meet the deepest longings of our times, to heal ourselves and develop as human beings – emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The simple 10-step process offers a graceful way to engage with unwanted thoughts, feelings, and habits, and help to achieve goals that you thought unattainable

When she and I first met, I was still terrorised by ongoing aftershocks following the magnitude 9 collapse of my life. All it took was the right combination of shock traumas, and my house of cards fell apart in dramatic fashion.
My nervous system was jacked up to 100, leaving me in a relentless state of what I can only describe as hell - and with no apparent way out.
Every coping tool or strategy that had previously, for years, kept me afloat and let me tick society's boxes was now ineffective. It was only with Angela's safe presence and skilled support that I could begin to turn towards the parts of me that had been cast off for survival and begin to listen to my body.
